I was due to go on holiday on 21st August. I need not go into detail about all the attempts at trying to speak to VP before the holiday to see if it was going ahead or not. My partner and I had to find out for ourselves whether it was or wasn’t going ahead. NOT ONCE did VP contact me. They haven’t contacted me since either regarding a refund (even though website states I’m due a refund within 14 days of departure date). I’ve now got my money back having gone through my credit car company. I will never again book with this company. I hope everyone owed money by VP are reimbursed. Then I’m sure the company will eventually go bust.
