Booked Villa and flights and like everyone else waiting on a refund from VP. Not answering their phones and send out generic emails claiming that they are busy with the volume of refunds, and yours will be processed in due course!
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I thought the customer had protection from ABTA and ATOL, not to mention the Consumers Act! This now proves these bodies have no teeth and VP is exempt from the Consumers Act, in other words the customer has now little protection. Now considering other options including Credit Card refund.
