The company would not correspond with me regarding our booking. They refused to answer any calls or emails and then said that we had cancelled and kept out deposit.i tried to contact them as our granddaughter, who suffers from Turner's syndrome, had to go into hospital and my daughter could not travel as she was in lockdown, so 6 of our party of 12 could not travel.
In a very compassionate way they said get stuffed and kept our money without recourse to a voucher.
This company is a joke. Read the reviews before you even think about using them.
