I would rate this no stars if the option were available as villa plus has just cancelled my holiday at 2 weeks notice because their supplier has apparently withdrawn the villa. They have offered to refund £389 of a £900 plus villa with the rest as a voucher which given the background I have no desire to use. They have not offered to contribute to cover my abortive flight costs, vehicle hire or airport hire costs, even though this is clearly an issue which should be within their control. I am left with nearly all the costs and no holiday. While things can go wrong in those circumstances it’s how you are then treated that matters. Given how I’ve been treated, through no fault of mine and without COVID factors etc my advice would be don’t go near them. Book with a company that treats their customers with respect.
