This villa was clean but very tired. I raised a number of issues after the holiday but was advised that I should have raised them with the local rep (who hardly spoke English and I hardly speak Spanish )
I raised a couple of email complaints and received poor responses, I even emailed the MD who couldn’t even bother to respond. Very poor customer service from a company who just don’t care.
