I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Villa Plus. Despite providing a substantial seven months' notice due to unforeseen health issues, they refused a refund and showed a complete lack of sympathy. Their unresponsiveness, taking over two weeks to reply to a single email, further added to the frustration.
Villa Plus appears more focused on taking money than on customer care. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them, as their unsympathetic service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
