Used to be really impressed with Villa Plus as used them for years. However this year more than ever not enough monitoring is done by the reps between villa lets resulting in them not spotting appliances not working. They should introduce feedback forms at villas for holidaymakers to fill in to avoid the same faults still being there a year later! Cut backs (though they’ll say it’s to not infringe on your privacy!) by not popping to villas soon after arriving like in the past unless you request a visit. Poor customer service.
