Booked a villa with them in Cyprus in January to go in March. Before we could do that, Cyprus banned the entry of all foreigners.
These people refused to refund which was according to their terms, fair enough. But they also refused to change our booking to a later date for a fee! Absolute scammers. They will do everything to keep your money and the fact that they have call center in the UK doesn't make a difference.
