I have been trying to pay a final balance for nearly 2 weeks now, cannot get anyone to answer the phone, no one replies to emails sent to the dedicated "Balances" email address, the online payment system is not working...!
i now have only 4 days left to pay the balance before they say i have defaulted on the booking and try to keep my deposit.... this will be going straight to my solicitor.!
Avoid Villaplus at all costs after this terrible display of service and customer consideration.
