Due to travel on 16 th of may having paid them over 3.5 k back in feb
I have had no contact since then
I was relaxed about my refund for villa only stay because up to last Thursday they were promising refunds within 10 days of departure
This has now changed on their web advice page and I cannot get any response from them at any source this is truly shameful
