Exactly the same as the last reviewer below, Odette. We are due to have paid our final balance for a holiday in the future. We have not paid as we have asked several questions with regards to where we stood if the quarantine was still in place etc when we were due to go. We requested a further extension for our balance and clarification as to whether or not a UK quarantine being in place would be reason enough for them to give us a full refund if we were to go ahead and pay the full balance, i have had no response. I have sent in total since the beginning 10 emails, one of which was replied which was the first one I sent back in April, since then, nothing. I too have now since found my villa available for the dates we were meant to be going! Unreal! Especially as written within the first and only response I had from them in April they requested if I wasn't going to go ahead with my booking please could I let them know ASAP in order for them to send me a notification of cancellation! It would seem they have cancelled my booking anyway, so, so disappointed. Managed to have £900 out of me and potentially will receive that again if someone else books the same place. Outrageous.
