Be very careful when thinking about using Villa Plus. I paid £2,365.02 deposit against a package to Portugal thinking that being covered by ABTA/ATOL our deposit was secured.
Because the UK government said not to travel before the balance was due it was not paid.
EasyJet stopped flying so this should have been covered by ATOL.
Villa Plus hasn’t even replied to a letter sent by registered post.
Saga insurance have also been useless.
I have now had to put this in the hands of a company specialising in obtaining refunds.
