Never had this kind of experience before! WILL NEVR BOOK WITH VILLA PLUS AGAIN! YOU should be ashamed. What kind of business are you trying to run here when you take peoples money without asking! Do not give any details to this company as they will take your money and not return it then promise to refund but 4 months later still no refund and they have turned off the phones. Then saying they r proud they didnt furlough anyone! well where are your staff bcos they aren't answering phones thats for sure!
