Disillusioned by the lack of response and customer service.
Totally disappointed in the lack of customer service from villa plus - multiple calls just ringing out after 20 minutes and no response to email apart from the standard bounce back. I have also written to Villa Plus and sent it by Special Delivery Postage, i do know that they have received it as it has been signed for. After many many great holidays spanning well over a decade and probably bordering on two decades plus the excellent previous good customer service it is really distressful to be left with such a uncooperative and negative experience. We were due to fly on the 2nd October to Menorca and had paid in full on the 1st January 2020 in good faith. To date i have not heard anything besides one phone call 2 days before the planned departure date stating that i will be refunded within 14 days, other than that nothing regarding a refund.
