Incredible, they earn a lot of money through kickbacks from Yodel and Evri, which they try to force on you, however Yodel messed up for 2 days, a lot of parcels went missing, all claiming to be at the parcel shop, the parcel shop doesn't have them! They even searched manually, tracking claims it is at the parcel shop, yet they try to mark it as delivered! I am filling out their stupid forms over and over, the items are quite low price items, the expensive items arrived all fine, it takes ages, the customer service is horrendous. I am not spending hours in the future to chase up my items, deal with some brain dead drones that claim to be "customer service" and a company that just wants to rip me off! I'm back to eBay!
