Absolute disaster! Never seen such a bad platform: Account is blocked completely arbitrarily when you post an article and it is then no longer possible to delete the account, which is a clear GDPR violation - the “support” is also anything but helpful, as they take forever to respond and then demand a response within 24 hours, they have never heard of fairness and customer service.
