I am furious with Vinted’s handling of my case. I purchased items advertised as new, but they arrived used, discoloured, and full of bobbles. The seller admitted the items were not new and even suggested the bobbles could be removed—but Vinted sided with them anyway. Despite clear evidence that the items were misrepresented, Vinted forced me to pay for the return postage. This is not just unfair—it’s outrageous. Vinted showed no concern for their customers, no willingness to investigate properly, and no sense of accountability. I trusted Vinted as a safe marketplace, but this experience proves they prioritize sellers over honesty and customer protection. I will never use Vinted again and will warn others to stay away.
