Terrible they change their policies to suit them. I brought a mug and it arrived broken, not refunded because I had to pay to send it back. I would only get the original postage and money for the item. How does that work. Now I sell a coat and the buyer has been refunded because it has bobbles on it. They have refunded her and she get to keep the coat. What is the point of the insurance it is only another name for commission. I would say use facebook or ebay
