Vinted used to be a great affordable, and easy to use. Unfortunately, the recent delivery price hikes, even for shipping within the same country, have really changed the experience. The costs have gone so high that it’s becoming almost impossible to buy or sell anything without overpaying for postage. It’s disappointing to see such a good platform become so much less accessible. I hope they reconsider these changes, because it’s driving users away

The seller never sent the required adapter and kept stalling until Vinted released my payment. My appeal was denied, the seller blocked me, and my order has now vanished from the system. Very poor buyer protection.

I am a seller and listed my items on Vinted. I made a sale but when it can to creating a shipping label it kept failing. I got in touch with the help desk who advised me to cancel the order and relist it in the hope that, that would solve the problem. I was livid that I have lost my first and probably my last sale, money which I really needed all because their system is incapable of creating a simple shipping label

Horrible customer service, they just copy paste the same answers and don’t even try to solve any problem you have, like with courier company that delivered in wrong parcel box as example. They literally don’t care about any problems you have when buying/selling

Absolutely disgraceful company to sell on. Accused of being commercial seller with a pro account. I don’t think they really understand what a commercial seller is or they have their own definition of it. Permanently suspended the account for absolutely no reason, then you cannot speak to anyone about it. Can’t even leave feedback for other sellers or buyers. Hold onto your money for a ridiculous amount of time. The concept of vinted seems to be a great idea, but they are completely messing it up. Would highly recommend to never sell anything on Vinted.

Absolutely disgusting company, I have sold a spot washer and the delivery supposed to come to my home address and pick it up. I spent all day at home waiting the delivery, no one came, I gave a call to Yodel and they advised me they have some technical issue and have advised to contact Vinted team, Vinted team told me to contact Yodel… I tried to get any information from Yodel, however I saw my order has been cancelled by Vinted team and after I am getting 1 star review from Vinted team, because I didn’t send the parcel… every time Vinted team sending me their template as an answer. Scammers!!!! Just avoid them!!!!!

The worst “customer service” I’ve ever dealt with. The buyers protection fee you pay means nothing and vinted will do anything but take responsibility or give you your money back. Made me fill out a form for a parcel that was never delivered to send to the postal carrier but heard nothing back and they just completed the transaction and said nothing we can do.

I've been using Vinted for years with 100% positive feedback and never had any issues—until now. A buyer falsely claimed they received my parcel damaged, even though I shipped it in perfect condition. Despite my long-standing history and clear evidence, Vinted sided with the buyer. I lost both the item and my money. No real seller protection, no proper investigation. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be using this platform again.

Worst customer service ever (person dealing with case from Vinted CS UK-Azzedine). Sold expensive item, brand new ,factory sealed to the buyer who after received it ,claimed that plug isn't UK plug,what was clearly visible in the photos attached to the advertisement and wanted return it to me ,opened /unsealed which was making it not brand new/sealed anymore . I wasn't happy to accept return as it wasn't my fault and item was as described. However to resolve that quick and in the best way for both sides I offered that I will post adapter for free and buyer will receive it next day. Dodgy buyer refused which was very suspect so I asked vinted to step in. They replay to me that they will investigate it and get resolution up to 48hours. After that time they just closed the case without replaying to me and they decided to - refund the buyer and let him keep the item and left me without money and my expensive item so at this point, it looks like I was simply scammed and robbed by a buyer supported by Vinted. Joke

This company is a joke. I put on a few private sales, but within an hour they had banned my account for fraud. No questions, no human decisions here, just some stupid algorithm that thought I'd done something wrong. I appealed, they made some pathetic half attempt at an apology and reinstated my account and items. Then within hour I was blocked for the exact same think. Absolute joke. Will never use again.

Sent a ceramic plate. Wrapped in bubble, placed in a strong box and padded with extra bubble and paper. Sent with Evri and arrived in a black plastic bag unsurprisingly broken. Supplied photos of item in packing process and Vinted sided with buyer. DO NOT USE VINTED

My biggest issue is getting my funds out... Just completed a sale and now I have to wait 7 days for my balance to go to my bank account!!! That is ridiculous. Added to this, my only sale went pretty bad too, I have no choice on courier, there is proven damage due to lack of care, yet I need to do something to resolve it out of my pocket!! I can honestly say I will NEVER use vinted to sell on again.
