ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
Dropped off the Vinted parcel to InPost locker as I always do. However, the parcel failed to register despite following their procedure to the letter.
Vinted decided to refund the buyer and left me £55.00 out of the pocket. Rude and shocking service!!
I am now preparing a letter before action and filing a claim at the small claims court.
