Appalling service Vinted marked my item as delivered 8 hours prematurely which resulted in them completing the transaction and 8 hours prematurely not giving me 48 hours to collect as per their company policy.
Of course the parcel wasn’t at the shop and Vinted refused to assist. They are a terrible company with zero interest in helping their customers.
