Avoid this company......SHOCKING.
Sold an item then received postage details via their label. Postcode was wrong so I updated delivery address and provided proof of postage to Vinted.....they didn't amend the account and cancelled the sale after my buyer received the goods.
Image if the goods were of high value...buyer deletes account and you've lost everything.
Vinted not interested in sorting the problem out and have no phone number.
Messaged them and eventually they just blocked the conversation.
STAY AWAY scammers.
