Only works if everything is Ok but when you have an issue like item not fitting you properly or not as described still the seller decides whether giving you a refund or not. Basically you are stuck.
I sent pictures proving my dissatisfaction but the seller suggested me to resell the item and in her hands was to send me the “refund “option but she didn’t so Vinted has been a disappointment. I won’t buy second hand stuff anymore!!!
