Listed 1 item for sale, sold it promptly and posted it out within the timescales given, Vinted then banned my account for breach of their terms and conditions AFTER I posted the item out and refuse to give a definitive reason of how or why they believe I breached their terms and conditions. After a lot of reading online this seems to be common practice and I'm glad that I'm in the fortunate postion of only being £15 down the drain. Terrible customer service, they just copy and paste the same answer and have zero accountablity. Do not trust this company with your items and money they will con you at the earliest opportunity. This was the first item I ever listed and sold with them so I have no idea how I could have possibly breached any of their terms and conditions. Avoid avoid avoid!
