I would give this zero stars. I am a new user, and was attempting to make my second purchase on Vinted. I had a bug and was not able to make a purchase. The customer support was so mouth-droppingly horrible that I am not interested in remaining on this site whatsoever.
- Nath would not read any of messages in full
- Repeated the same advice, which was not relevant to my complaint
- Claimed I had made too many purchases. I made one previous purchase.
- Said I had not verified with a license, despite me being a buyer and having already verified my email.
- Refused to contact technical support
- Refused to transfer me to a manager
- Attempted to close the ticket with every message sent immediately from the start of the conversation
