I've sold an expensive jumper on vinted but sadly it didn't fit the buyer so I agreed to return and I also covered the postage. The buyer posted back the item via inpost on a Sunday and on Thursday morning (less than 4 days later) I received a notification that the transaction is cancelled and buyer will be refunded, but item not received. I contacted vinted and they said that item was returned to the sender because I did not collect it from the parcelshop. Item was still showing as on its way, by the way. I said to them it was due to arrive today and then they changed their story, they said its on its way and I need to wait another 15 days. I contacted the sender and they said that the item was returned to them. Apparently inpost messed up and instead of delivering to.me they returned it to sender. I contacted vinted again and they keep telling me that they cannot do anything because I had the chance to collect from.parcelshop and I didn't do on time. It's just CRAZY. They don't even read the messages they just have a generic response. I wish there was a way to report them officially
