Absolutely disgusting...stay clear
Absolutely disgusting...stay clear. Over two weeks vinted were informed that an incorrect item had been received. It was confirmed by the courier that it was their error within 2 days of the issue being reported, yet vinted continue to say that they are still waiting a response. They are fraudulent keeping nearly £100 of my money and refusing to refund, despite having all the evidence they need from myself, the seller and the courier.
