If I could give less than a star I would.
I sold an item on Vinted, they sent me a label, which I used and had a receipt. Long story short it never registered as sent because they gave me an invalid label.
They won’t refund me for the
Money I’ve lost by the item not getting where it should and I don’t have the item to resell.
I’ve emailed their support and their legal team and they just go round and round in circles and don’t read the emails. I have the Evri receipt which is all I could have as proof.
