The company is absolutely horrendous, thieves and don’t care at all . I sold a brand new kimono for £45, the buyer said the package was empty when she received it so they gave her her money back straight away no questions asked. 6 weeks of messaging them and nothing! I am now out of pocket for £45 and they don’t care!! Reported them to trading standards
