Vinted app doesn’t have protection for buyers. I bought and returned the item which was not fit for purchase. I sent the item back.Seller received his item, Vinted also released my money to the seller instead of sending money back to my bank.
I fall-owed all the steps I was required but Vinted made mistake snf now the case is closed.
I’m out of pocket and considering taking Vinted to financial ombudsman.
