Worst by far for customer service, sold over 120 items in 4month space. Not one issue until one parcel went missing. 22 days currently still missing with not a single attempt on delivery by the courier (clearly stole it). Rang inpost who done an investigation over a weeks period, they concluded its missing. Gave me a reference number to give to vinted for a refund....and typical vinted (don't listen what so ever) have said they can't refund me until they have heard an update !!!!!! I literally just gave them one direct from the courier company and yet the don't liste.
Look at this image for example parcel clearly states 19 days since parcel drop off....and there reply saying 14 days since drop off OMGGGG literally not reading or listening to anything.
