Took my money to bump 2 items, blocked my account within 5 min claiming my items were fraud. I explained I’m not home to take additional photos with tag, serial number, etc and they will not reactivate without those items and will not give me my money back for bumping other items.
The absolute worst experience, worst customer service, and they will take your money and block accounts.
