I ordered shoes which said very good condition. They arrived in poor condition. I had to pay postage to receive the parcel and to return it. It is also necessary to pay Buyer Protection (not optional unfortunately) which doesn't appear to protect the buyer at all.
A couple of months ago I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 5, a size 7 shoe arrived, again same situation, lesson learned.
BE AWARE IF ORDERING FROM VINTED. Great for selling.
Customer service is terrible you just get a robotic standard answer that picks a key word from the message.
