I bought 2 pairs of brand new shoes
I bought 2 pairs of brand new shoes, one came as damaged, the other came as the wrong size, and the dress I bought also came back as damaged. The sellers only partially refunded me. Vinted haven't dealt with the situation, saying they can see I have been refunded. I showed them evidence that I was only partially refunded and I asked to speak to customer services several times, yet they haven't given me their details. Ebay are much better
