Avoid th e Vinted app. Book I ordered as a gift has arrived damaged. Seller sent in a flimsy plastic mail bag. Seller now expects me to return at my own expense. Vinted customer service say item is usable, which it isn’t, as it’s a gift. I will return to eBay, where common sense customer service exists. I am going to close my account when this is all over with
