Twice I from a seller and instead of the 2 items I ordered they only sent 1. Then “buyer protection didn’t apply and vinted took ages to reply to me. I will never use this app again because sellers will scan you to make a quick penny and Vinted simply do not care.
All of the support responses are robotic and copy and pasted.
