What a shower of utter shite
You don’t actually realise how bad this company is until something goes wrong.
I ordered an item that failed to turn up (not the sellers fault). When I asked Vinted to look into this they said as far as they were concerned it was delivered although I showed them that the picture supplied was clearly not my address (photos provided).
Vinted didn’t want to know. When asked if I could make a claim on the insurance premium I paid I heard absolutely nothing.
