Another scam website that doesn’t protect the sellers!
I sent an item to the customer, carefully packaged in a padded envelope with extra tape to secure it shut. The recipient claimed that the envelope arrived open and the contents were missing, Vinted blamed me for this issue and refunded the customer.
The courier label is purchased by the customer, this label will be covered by insurance. Why aren’t Vinted claiming against the courier to cover the costs?
This is assuming that the customer is not a scammer who falsely claimed that the envelope was empty to get a refund.
