Terrible to non existent customer service
Just been scammed by a buyer claiming item was damaged on arrival but not prepared to prove it by displaying the item as a whole with damage
Very abusive buyer and Vinted have come down on her side and cancelled order and refunded the buyer without evidence of damage
Avoid avoid at all cost
