Absolutely terrible support service.
I sent an item in its original packaging, with additional bubble wrap, and it arrived at the buyer completely destroyed.
Of course, I refunded this to the buyer, but I raised it with Vinted Support to try and open a case with InPost (I rang InPost directly, but I was told it needed to be done through Vinted).
After 3 days of waiting, photos sent back and forth between myself, the buyer and Vinted Support, they refused to make a claim with InPost because the item “wasn’t packaged adequately.” An absolutely ridiculous excuse since it was in THE ORIGINAL packaging it was sent in.
Unhelpful, slow, and downright insulting. Absolutely pathetic.
