The buyer has absolutely no protection on purposely sold faulty and damaged items. You have 2 days to report faults and then item has to be returned at cost to buyer which makes no sense. If the buyer refuses to pay for postage the sale goes through and buyer is charged.
People are selling damaged items as they’re not losing out in any way.
The Vinted insurance is worthless and the customer service is horrendous.
