Awful customer support both as a buyer and a seller. Buyers protection is an expensive scam. SCAM!!
2 parcels have been lost and instead of refunding me because their partner couriers both lost my item anddelivered it to the wrong address, Vinted ‘support’ refuses to help. I’m over £50 out of pocket with nothing to show.
Loads of counterfeit sellers in particular Pandora. Buyers protection does diddly squat. I’ve lost over £90 hate Vinted
