Vinted's support is totally useless. It's seems like AI both sending repetitive messages that aren't even related to the problem you're asking for. There is nothing that protects sellers or buyers when things get wrong. They provided zero help when someone hacked to my app and I was scammed, also zero help when my packages got delayed. Why can't you just hire real people who actually need jobs to do the support instead of this so called "service"? I'm a seller on Vinted for years and this is infuriating every time I encounter some problems..
