Terrible!!
I changed to a Vinted pro account a few months ago, I have nearly £200 in my balance, they said I’ve reached my payment limit and to send HMRC documents within last 3 months with ID.
I have sent these documents multiple times, and they keep rejecting it?
I’m baffled as they accepted it to open the account but rejected when you want to withdraw money.
DO NOT OPEN A VINTED PRO ACCOUNT!
Customer service is appalling- contacted legal team, again no reply.
I really don’t know what to do next?
