I reported a possible scam ring on Vinted: multiple accounts flooding the platform with laughably fake Chanel and dubious “Max Mara” pieces, complete with bargain-bin photos and suspicious descriptions. I even detailed the frequency and red flags.
Customer service? Utterly uninterested. They replied they wouldn’t take action. Apparently, Vinted prefers to let its buyers play a game of counterfeit roulette.
I’ve decided to stop buying there - might still sell, but I’m not sticking around to get scammed with Vinted’s blessing.
