Bought an item which was sent to a locker. When I opened the locker, the locker was empty. I immediately contacted the shipping company, seller and Vinted. Because I opened the locker the item was marked as “delivered” even though I didn’t receive it. In fact, the item was scanned for a return to the buyer subsequently. In the end Vinted just released the money to the seller. Evri admitted that they lost the parcel. I appealed the decision and they just stopped communicating with me. Appalling service. I paid for buyer’s protection but received none.
