Aurora of customer service did not help me at all and instead of refunding me or adressing the issue, she closed the ticket. My experience has been horrible and I will not be using Vinted again because of the unprofessionalism.
I am extremely disappointed. Nothing has been done to help me as a loyal customer !!
The direction needs to hire real customer service agents that do their jobs not like Aurora and the others.
