Awful company to deal with if something goes wrong. I bought an item from a seller and it was damaged in transit (yodel - no surprises there). You pay a protection fee for every item you buy so I thought no worries. Then came the emails via there customer (un) support team. Constant bot replies asking for the same information and photos again and again. It’s either a delay tactic so you get so fed up you stop asking (I’m northern and it’s now a matter of stubborn principle) or they can’t read. At this point I’m genuinely unsure which it is. Stay clear stick to eBay.
