Seemingly no customer service beyond automated bots.
I bought a couple of items on Vinted and deceived to sell an item. The item was 'automatically' flagged as possibly not authentic (It is and its from a high street brand nobody is faking due to the low value). My account was instantly banned and two sales of Items I had bought also cancelled with me having no way to complete.
You can appeal this and I did. This was three weeks ago. I had to upload new images of the item (within 24 hours) which I did and now two weeks on not one single reply. I contacted legal at vinted which is the only contact email I could find, this is also replied to via bots and it just says I should wait longer. I would not sell on this platform anyway based on the lack of customer support but I would like to be able to access the site to get the two items I had bought. However there seems to be no way to contact anyone who isn't automated and no way to get any kind of actual customer help.
