ordered two paintings. One for me and one for a friend for Christmas. After I started the painting I realized they had sent me two different colors for the same drill number. I contacted them and they told me they will send me the drills but to wait until I got the painting completed just to make sure no other ones were missing as they said they would have to charge me if they had to send drills a second time. So I agreed and I contacted them thru email. (The only way to contact) on Feb 11th. I was assured they were going to resolve it and get the drills sent out. After a couple weeks I replied back asking when they were going to send it. I got no response. They ignored the email. A few more days I sent a new email explaining the whole situation and I got a response saying they are very sorry and they are moving this to the urgent status. Again after a few days I replied asking if they had been shipped. Again nothing..they IGNORED me.
So far I have had to send out 4 new emails where I have gotten the same response and then they refuse to respond back when I ask for an update. It is now April and I have once again gotten no response and still no drills. So I have a painting that is not completed. I have even tried to find replacement drills but can not find the right drill number.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T go thru this company. Cause if you have an issue it will never get resolved and you will get ignored.
I don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review for any company cause I know that things happen and I am reasonable and understanding. But to me..this is very unacceptable how the company treats its customers. So..save your money and get a diamond painting thru a company that will resolve issues and not ignore them.
I have sent 4 new emails where I have to explain everything and sent probably a total of at least 20 emails trying to get someone to respond. Clearly you don't care about your customers.
